Obituary of Shirley Elizabeth Bennett
Winooski - Shirley E. Bennett, 78, died peacefully on Monday June 6, 2016 while in route to the NWMC in St. Albans, from Our Lady of the Meadows in Richford.
Shirley was born on April 2, 1938 in Milton, the daughter of Carl and Dorothy ( Legacy ) King.
She had previously worked as an auctioneer's bookkeeper and for the Fanny Allen Hospital.
Shirley enjoyed puzzles, listening to music and attending services at Our Lady of the Meadows.
Mrs. Bennett is survived by her daughter Debra Prochorovas & her husband Alex of Ticonderoga, NY, her son Steven Bennett & his wife Karen of Mooers Forks, NY, her grandchildren Sarah Young Palmer and Sean Bennett, her step mother Beryle King and her aunt Mary Burns and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday June 11, 2016
at 10 am in the Milton Village Cemetery in Milton.
