Sandra Richards

Essex Junction, Sandra Richards, 83 of Milton, passed away on May 6^th, 2023, at Mansfield Place.  

Sandra was born on June 6, 1939, in Torrington, CT, the daughter of Keith Bassett and Laura [Eddy].

She married Stanley Richards on September 10^th, 1960, at Brandon Congregational Church in Brandon, VT.

Sandra was a bookkeeper and worked as a dispatcher for Winooski and Milton Police Departments.

She is survived by her husband; Stanley Richards, her son; Steve Richards and his partner Mary Barr of Burlington, her grandchild; Tyler Richards.

She is predeceased by her parents; Keith and Laura Bassett, her son; Scott Richards, and her brother; Kenneth Bassett.

A Celebration of Life  will be on May 15^th, 2023, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Minor Funeral and Cremation Center followed by a committal service on May 16^th, 2023, at 11:00am at Milton Village Cemetery.
