Reginald Phillip LaFrance Jr., 50, of Colchester, VT, unexpectedly passed away on February 5, 2017.
Reggie was born on September 15, 1966 in Burlington, VT to the late Reginald Phillip and Suzanne LaFrance. He attended Essex High School. He was a self-employed flooring installer for the last 20 years. He enjoyed working on cars, watching NASCAR and spending time with family and friends.
Reggie is survived by his longtime partner Deborah L. Adam. His only child, Skye Moyer and her husband Nathan and their four children (Ethan, Carlee, Emmitt & Caleb), brother Scott and his wife Deirdre and their five children (Dakota, Jayden, Kendra, Keira, & Blake), sister Kristie and her daughter Sarah, brother Sean and his wife Kimberley, step-sister Kary Dubuque and her husband Mike and their two children (Alex & Adam) and numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother Debra LaFrance and his step-brother Jeff LaFrance.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday February 9th from 5-7 pm in the Minor Funeral and Cremation Center in Milton with a Memorial Service held at 7 pm by Fr. John Feltz.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorial donations be made to Deirdre LaFrance, 35 Marrs Hollow Road Milton, VT 05468 to help offset the cost of the funeral. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff and providers at UVM Medical Center, especially Dr. Bruce Leavitt and his team, for their care and compassion.
