SPRINGHILL, FL - Norma Jean Deforge-Cox, 72, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 1, 2025 along with her loving husband Randy Cox.
Norma was born on April 11, 1952 and grew up in Grand Isle. She was the second oldest of 8 children.
She loved spending time with her friends and family. Her passions were her flower gardens, her knickknacks, shopping, and Christmas!
Norma was employed by IBM for over 40 years, where she made many friends and memories.
Norma was predeceased by her mother Elaine Dubuque and father Larry Tourville, step-father Wilfred Delisle and brother Timothy Troville.
Norma leaves a very large, loving family; her sons Daren Deforge, Dana Deforge and wife Stacey Deforge; her grandchildren, Sayler Turner Deforge, Madison Turner, and Charlotte Deforge and stepchildren Jason Cox, Greg Cox, and Randi Cox.
Norma leaves behind her brothers and sisters, Ron Tourville, Doreen and Phil LeGrand, Darrell and Leah Troville, Tim (passed) and Colleen Troville, Rick and Laurie Troville, Steve and Sheryl Troville, Bill Delisle and partner Susan Maple; along with several nephews, nieces and great nephews, great nieces, cousins and friends.
Norma loved to travel with her husband and partner in life Randy Cox. They were always on an adventure. After they retired from IBM, they moved to Springhill Florida.
Graveside Services will be held June 21, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the Grand Isle Cemetery. 188 U.S. 2, Grand Isle, VT 05458.
