Melody Lee Marckres

Burlington, VT--Melody Lee Marckres, 47, of Grand Isle, passed away May 4, 2022 at University of Vermont Medical Center. Melody was born on April 1, 1975 in North Adams, Massachusetts and was the daughter of John and Donna (Garstang) Pimental. She married Gary Marckres on June 3rd, 2000 in the Old First Church in Bennington. Melody earned a masters degree and was an executive director for Applegate Housing. However, she " never cared about a big career, all I cared was to be the mother of our three children". She is survived by: her Spouse of 21 years, Gary Marckres, her children, Morgan Elizabeth Marckres, Mason John Marckres, and Emerson Eden Marckres all of Grand Isle and her brother Michael Pimental and his wife Tracy of Quincy, MA.
