Jermee Dale Lee Slaughter, 34, died unexpectedly at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington on December 14, 2020.
Jermee was born on May 16, 1986 in Burlington the son of Dale conger and Mary Slaughter.
He was very involved in community service and an advocate and cofounder of the Single Father's Organization.
He is survived by his mother Mary Slaughter, by his son Kameron Cher and Cameron's mother Kristin Nirvana, his daughter Ryland Longe and her mother Olivia Longe, by his sisters and brothers Deirdre Geraw and her husband Chad, Patrick Snow and his wife Courtney Wood and Megan Barnaby.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday December 27, 2020 from 2-4pm with a service at 4pm at the Minor Funeral Home in Milton.
