Henry Greenwood

Henry Greenwood, a beloved member of the community, died unexpectedly on June 25 2024. He will be remembered not only for his successful career as the owner of Henry Greenwood and Sons Floor Service but also for his kind-hearted nature and generosity towards others.

Born on October 9, 1951, Henry had a passion for cooking and was known for his ability to whip up delicious soups from whatever ingredients he had available, always sharing them with those around him. He enjoyed coaching in a community soccer program where he shared his knowledge and skills with young players.

Henry's friendly personality made him everybody's friend, and his dedication to his family was unwavering. He cherished spending time with his wife, Cathleen Greenwood, and was a proud father to his sons Ian and his wife Amy Greenwood and Eric Greenwood. Henry was also blessed with six grandchildren and one great-grandchild who brought him immense joy.

Aside from his culinary talents and love for soccer, Henry found relaxation in playing golf and tending to his garden. These hobbies brought him peace and contentment in the midst of a busy life running his business.

Henry will be deeply missed by all who knew him especially his family.
