North Hero, VT-- Ann Monica King, forever young, passed away on August 15, 2021 while surrounded by her loved ones. She was "born to be wild" in California on September 20, 1971 to parents Joseph and Sally Martin. Ann was a force to be reckoned with. She had a big heart, an even bigger smile, and a ready laugh. She was a loving Mom and Bubbie an amazing partner, and an unconditional friend. She had a short but incredibly full life. Ann was always up for adventure; she traveled with friends, loved riding motorcycles, was an award-winning Scottish dancer, and owned a successful business for many years. Ann was a brave and strong warrior, a survivor, a fighter, a queen, and a sheer force of nature. She was a shooting star that burned bright and fierce and went out too soon. She is survived by her father Joseph Martin Sr. and his wife Ila, her sister Lisa (Martin), her brother Danny Martin, her daughter Jessica Turner and her fiance Cody Collins, her grandchildren Lillian and Owyn Collins, and her partner John Roy. She is predeceased by her mother Sally Martin, her sister Jennifer Martin, and her brother Joey Martin.
